Welcome to the Skin, Food & Parasite Research Base

Purpose: A structured place to collect skin-condition notes, food reactions, parasite/microbe hypotheses, blood type observations, remedy notes, and research links.

How to read these notes

This knowledge base separates three different kinds of material: established medical information, working hypotheses, and personal observations. A page can contain all three, but each section should be clearly labeled.

Core working idea

The working hypothesis being explored here is that some skin reactions may be influenced by parasites, pathogenic microbes, spores, food intolerance, or environmental stressors. This is stored as a research hypothesis, not as a settled explanation for eczema or allergy.

Use this structure

  • Use Skin Conditions for symptoms and diagnoses.
  • Use Foods & Ingredients when checking whether a food is tolerated or suspected.
  • Use Protocols & Remedies for remedy notes and safety checks.
  • Use Research Library for sources and claim review.
